Things are hotting up for my first ever live 3-day event happening at the end of August (Thursday 27th - Saturday 29th August, 2009). Some of you will know that in years gone by I created and organised the UK’s “Fresh Festival” which was the first raw food festival in the UK, comprising of 15 or so different international raw food speakers, chefs and educators.
