Raw Tabouli is a refreshing recipe that is easy to make at any time of year.

JS and I recently brought home a wonderfully fresh and fragrant bunch of parsley, and we’ve been adding it into all sorts of things including salads, soups, and other savory goodies.

Then, tonight was the airing of the Rawkathon video with Cherie Soria. Cherie gave some great kitchen tips in her video, and then back in her traning kitchen over at Living Light Culinary Institute, she made a big batch of sprouted Quinoa tabouli.

I thought her video was very helpful and wanted to post about it, but then I looked into some posts I have been working on, and I realized that I had planned to post a variety of raw tabouli recipes!

Obviously, it is time for tabouli. Tabouli Party!!!

So here, for your weekend recipe pleasure, is a great roundup of a variety of free raw tabouli recipes to choose from:

  • If you are looking for a massive recipe to make for your next raw food potluck, look no further than this enormous recipe by Michele Reeves over at From Sad to Raw. This recipe is a very classic version of raw tabouli that uses sprouted wheat, meaning this is not gluten free.

  • And if you want to see raw tabouli being made, make sure you are signed up for Rawkathon, because gourmet raw food chef Cherie Soria gives an in-depth free un-cooking lesson on how to make raw gluten-free tabouli, as well as two other awesome raw recipes: raw greek salad, and raw hummus! This video is available for free only for the next few hours as I write this, so you better get signed up and watch!

I’m serious, I thought Cherie’s video could be very helpful for people who want to make tasty raw food. Especially if you like Mediterranean food.
