The long awaited issue of Playboy with raw food author and advocate, Carol Alt, hit the stands this week.
Not only does she have the cover, but Carol has a full spread in the pages of Playboy this month. The nine page article includes nine absolutely stunning pictures of Carol at age 47, showing, once again, that age is just a number.

The article is very favorable, as Playboy gives her the podium to talk about her experience with going raw, how it changed her life, and why she chose to do the spread for Playboy now.
The following quote from the article, written by Jamie Malanowski, sums up the whole reason Carol did the spread, posing for the first time nude ever:
“Like Lady Godiva, Carol Alt is going naked to make a point. Actor, author, and one of the most super supermodels of all time, Alt is an ardent advocate of the raw food diet and has decided the best way to demonstrate the benefits is with a body of evidence — her own. ‘All my professional life, I have been showing clothes,’ she says. ‘Now I’m showing me.’”
