Karen Hanrahan has been teaching classes on healthy eating and using one of these hamburgers as a visual aid in her classes. Granted, Karen is not talking about 100% raw living food diet, but she does talk about organics, food co-ops, avoiding food additives and making healthier choices for children.
We think this is a pretty bold photograph that shows the power of food additives and preservatives in some of the foods consumed in modern society. Pretty powerful imagery, don’t you think?
Raw food is amazing because it actually spoils after awhile. And today, this is a reminder why that is a good thing. We want things to be living, and fresh, so they can send nutrients into our bodies and make us healthy.
