Acne can be a troublesome and embarrassing issue. Many people search for remedies in medicated creams and astringent ointments without realizing that even though breakouts and pimples are external, the causes are internal. Treatments that are applied to the skin can only go so far in relieving the manifestation. Since topical lotions do not address the causes, they offer at best only a temporary solution. (more…)

Okay check it out. We had a great internet radioshow today on Music of Awakening! We heard a bunch of Alex’s music. I really like his songs. He’s got some cool things going on, like movies and musici videos with his songs, and he and Cipes chatted it up about the song they are both singing on on Alex’s album-in-progress. We get a sneak peak! It’s archived here.
Also it was fun because Rich Owen had never heard the song PLASTIC SOUP by Alex, which is about the North Pacific Gyre. I am very passionate about this issue too, and Rich started GyreCleanp.org to address the issue of plastic waste in the North Pacific Gyre. (tons of it.) So that was super cool.
