The texture and nutrients of raw nuts make these dishes desired and, for some of us, irreplaceable. We also know what it takes to have fresh raw nuts available to us daily.

By juicing fruits and vegetables we free vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and much more from their “imprisonment” within the fiber. It forms a concentrated cocktail of fast absorbing nutrients that will stream down your bloodstream as an express train of healthy awakening.
Shazzie is talking about superfoods. She stresses their nutritional value and emphasizes the fact that living foods are more affordable than some of us tend to believe. The wave of raw food notion has spread much further than just a diet concept for us, humans. It should not come as surprise that animals can benefit from eating living foods just as much as we do. This idea was transformed into something that is now may be known to many pet owners as Biologically Adequate (Appropriate) Raw Food or BARF, for short. In spite of the odd sounding abbreviation, which hardly can constitute anything healthy, the concept of raw food for pets has the same goals as the raw food diet for humans.
Recently more and more people have converted to home vegetable gardeners. And the reason for that to happen is not necessarily poor assortment of greens or crazy prices at the stores. For some of us having a home garden seems like a good hobby, an opportunity to stay closer to the nature or, why not, a way to get fresh organic ingredients for our meals.
